As undeniably strong as the work stands on it’s own, it’s impossible to mention out of the context of Maki’s overall project, of which this is one part. WILD LOVE PRESERVE is a non-profit, sustainable, wildlife preserve dedicated to protecting our wild ones in their native wild habitat as nature intended, as the website states. Please click here for the full story, including the evolution of these photographs, and support the project. It was a pleasure to play a small part in this effort and the impressive pieces themselves.
